WATER: Women Advocates for Transforming Energy & Resources

Our Mission: To bring together diverse young women leaders from law and policy, science and technology, and business and finance to build a more climate resilient world.

We are building a network of supportive women professionals to develop synergies between the various disciplines in the green field – through mentoring, regular meetings, and taking on bold new projects for the good of mankind. We are also unique in having minority women founders who have a special focus on the empowerment of minorities through a cross-cultural approach. There is a lack of young women and minorities who have opportunities to work in the environmental and energy areas, and we are working to fill that gap with capable, well trained, and articulate new leaders for today and tomorrow.
